A Swiss national born in 1973 in Lausanne, State of Vaud, Switzerland with both Swiss and Austrian roots,
a Swiss Army officer as platoon commander in mountain infantry (1992-1994),
I graduated with a MSc in Business Administration from HEC at the University of Lausanne (1998).

I spent my initial professional career in international private banking (1997-2013) as a customer acquirer, client relationship manager and asset manager, using both traditional and Islamic vehicles. Covering during the last ten of those years the Middle-East region in managerial positions serving high net worth individual clients, I have been involved in both global and local institutions: Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Hinduja, BCGE and lthmaar.

I also have held roles as partner for independent asset management boutiques, Medligne (Toronto) and Universal Asset Management (Geneva).

The ongoing quest for new personal and professional development led me to obtain a Certificate in Organizational Change and Renewal from Columbia University (1999), a Human Resources Swiss Federal Certificate (2015), complemented by a Swiss Federal Adult Training Brevet (2021) as well as a Certificate in Strategic Planning from the Institute for Management Development – IMD (2019). l further achieved their Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) Program (2021) and completed Harvard Business School Executive Education’s Leading Professional Service Firms (LPSF) Course (2021). I am currently enrolled in the Advanced Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology Session at Penn (2024).

Since 2013, I have worked as an HR consultant with various Geneva associations and foundations, mainly in the fields of staff coaching, mid-level and executive manager business as well as personal development training. While I maintain a role of independent asset manager for a few UHNWI customers, I have extensively animated learner groups in the fields of English and French languages during five years.

With the long-term goal of reaching a high level of eloquence as a public speaker, I believe the journey toward that level of expertise requires me to both stretch while operating in a chosen field – training, coaching and speaking – I feel truly passionate about.
